Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026

This policy explains how the current Tyche Interactive Pty Ltd website preview handles information when you browse the site or create a project brief.

Information in your project brief

The project brief form asks for your name, company, service of interest and a description of your project. The website uses these details in your browser to generate a text file for you to download.

The form does not send these details to Tyche Interactive or a third-party service. The website does not save them in cookies, local storage or a company database. Your browser may retain form entries according to its own settings.

Your downloaded file

The downloaded brief stays wherever you choose to save it. You control whether to keep, delete or share it. Tyche Interactive does not receive a copy through the download function. If you later share the file using email or another service, that service’s own privacy practices apply.

Browsing and technical information

Your browser requests pages and assets from the server that provides this preview. The preview server can record technical request information, such as the requesting IP address, request time, requested path and response status, to help identify delivery errors.

The public hosting provider, log retention period and any hosting-related overseas processing have not yet been selected or confirmed. This policy will be updated to describe those arrangements before public launch.

Cookies and tracking

The current website does not set cookies or use analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. Its fonts, illustrations and scripts do not require requests to external asset providers.

Privacy questions and requests

For questions about this preview, or to raise a privacy concern, contact the Tyche Interactive representative who shared it with you. You can use that contact to ask about access to or correction of personal information the company may hold. The brief download itself does not provide the company with a copy of your form entries.

A public privacy contact and a process for privacy requests and complaints will be added before launch. General information about Australian privacy rights is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes to this policy

We will revise this page if the website’s data handling changes, including when an enquiry service, analytics or public hosting is introduced. The date above identifies the latest revision.
